Two-Ingredient Banana Oat Meal Cookies - Cook On Your Kitchen

How do baking biscuits ever be rapid? You normally have to obtain a scale, then carefully measure out all the ingredients, caress the bread to ages, then cut out little cookies in to heart, star and moon shapes and then wait a second century'til they're baked.

NEVER EVER could I bake biscuits under these circumstances. That's just not how I roll. But then I encounter those Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies (that is what I call them, anyway.)

Ok, they do not taste just like the biscuits you get around Christmas time. Instead they're a little more gooey and do not crumble at all.

However, what mostly convinced me was you could have them ready in 25 minutes including the baking time! No shit.

Possibly the most astonishing thing about the cookies is they involve just two ingredients! Yep that's right, and anybody can blend two components.

Though in the event that you want to make them tastier and/or fitter you can pimp them up with a few add ons such as peppers, walnuts or cinnamon. That's Your Choice!

It sounds more and more like a sales pitch (it's not -- nobody is gonna pay me should you consume them), but I must say one more amazing thing about those cookies.

They are tasty! Yep, after I had had the very first I finished the rest within an hour.

They are perfect for hiking excursions or other occasions where you want a quick pleasant bite on the go. Now I keep them as a fast bite in my back pack.

It must also be noted they're vegan. No eggs, no milk, no none of the usual cookie suspects. Simply oats and bananas.

Take oats for example. Not only do they reduce your cholesterol levels which in turn helps you stop developing heart disease or diabetes, but they also energize you with great carbs and nutrients to help keep you going for longer throughout the day.

These nutrients comprise manganese, good for bone production and skin ethics as well as magnesium -- significant for energy production to make you feel more awake

Same with peanuts -- the favorite fruit one of athletes -- not just because they contain an adequate number of good carbohydrates but also for being the big players at the potassium game.

Potassium is a really important nutrient for avoiding fatigue and muscle cramps. Pretty good if you've got a challenging day ahead of you.

Since you can see, I am a big fan.

Here is an illustration of when I could have done with a few these biscuits. Regrettably, I didn't have them with me.

Have you ever been stuck somewhere in nature and thought"damn I am in trouble" ? If so, where? I Wish to go
